It is the aim of Brin Jones Limited to provide high standards of paint and body repair services to our customers. We achieve this by operating a quality management system, which ensures that the quality of all the services provided by ourselves are of the highest standards. Our quality management system meets the requirements of our industry standards, is fully implemented across all areas of the company, and is assessed on a monthly basis. All members of staff are fully committed to ensuring that the quality management system effectively achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction both now and in the future. To this end, we will strive to continually improve upon our services, processes and quality management. We have quality objectives that are set and used as a measure of performance across the body repair centre. These objectives are continually reviewed and amended as necessary; this ensures that they are appropriate to the business, and relevant to our customers. Our ultimate aim is to provide the best service possible to all of our customers and reduce the time spent without their vehicle by effective planning and preparation of every task that stands before us, whilst never compromising on quality.
